This book tackles everyday subjects through members of the Arabic community using functional Arabic in various social situations.
The book teaches Arabic language and related grammar rules using contextualization, thus making language simpler and more useful. It tackles verbal and written language in context, relating all subjects to suitable social situations; such as shopping at the market, going to the doctor, renting a flat, writing rental contracts, filling out arrival forms/applications ……etc.
However the book focuses especially on improving listening and speaking skills, as they are considered to be the natural method for learning living languages.
The book links the Arabic sounds and letters in their different forms and positions in the word. By using expressive pictures, it eliminates the need for translation. In addition it presents Arabic vocabulary through basic questions and answers.
The book is based on a very well-established method; there is no word or structure used without a proceeding explanation, or an enhancement by various groups of exercises.
A glossary of the vocabulary used in the book is attached with both French and English translations.
The book is accompanied by high standard educational cassettes.
